Requirements:

Labourer: CISRS Labourer card (in date) is an advantage but not essential. CSCS mimimum requirement.

Part 1 & 2 Trainee Scaffolder: Must have CISRS Trainee card (in date).

Scaffolder: Must have blue CISRS Scaffolder card (in date).

Commitment to Safety: A strong understanding of and commitment to safety practices.

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Driving License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not essential.
